Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

We support 30 days return.All of our products are supported by the refund policy except the accessories and the used products. Before you apply for a return or refund, please read our return policy to confirm that your order is supported to be returned.

How to return?

Please Note:It is important that you contact us for a return address before returning your item.The unauthorized return is not acceptable.

How long does it take to get a refund?

We will arrange the refund for you after the goods are received and checked correctly at our warehouse.The refund will take 1-2 business days to arrive.The refund will be processed to your original account.If the refund time is beyond this time limit, please contact PayPal or your issuing bank for further information.

Can I return it and exchange it for another product?

Exchange will be processed within 30 days after we receive your product. Please contact us by email to inform us of your order number and model you want to exchange, then please send the previous product back firstly, we will arrange to send a new product after receiving your returned package and confirming your shipping address.

Warranty & Repair

What is your warranty policy?

Our warranty period is 1 year.If the machine has any malfunction problems, our technicians will provide technical support and if necessary we will take back the machine for repair or replacement.If you want to add an additional 1 year warranty,the cost of the warranty is $150/year.
