Expected Delivery Time:

We offer a fast personalization service worldwide with most orders - including bespoke customized products. It will usually take about 5-7 business days to be delivered.

Shipping Fee:

US,UK,Germany and France is Free shipping. Shipping is free within the continental United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico will incur an additional $200 shipping fee. We also support worldwide shipping.There is an additional $200 shipping charge for countries other than US,UK,Germany and France. The shipping fee will be automatically billed for you when you pay.

Customs Duty:

For countries outside the US,UK,Germany and France, customers are responsible for paying their own customs duties.

We may ship orders by FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and SF Postage.

Shipped From:

If your address is in the USA, all products — except for disposable accessories (such as nasal cannulas and filters) — are shipped from California. Orders to other countries and regions are shipped from Hong Kong.
